Sorry it has taken a few weeks to do this, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for playing at our wedding at Pembroke Lodge on Saturday 27th Sept - you were absolutely amazing!!!
We had quite a few musicians in the audience and all of them commented on how impressed they were with you! Your choice of songs was spot on - there was such a good mix of stuff, and judging by how packed the dance floor was all night, there was certainly something for everyone! You even had my two Grandmas up dancing! One of them had been using a walking stick all day but we were shocked with she temporarily ditched the stick and hit the dancefloor because she said that she just couldn't resist!!!
You also broke into a rather cool Scottish tune either side of playing '500 miles' which saw legendary Scottish dancing from one of my bridesmaids (see attached picture!) and an imprompu conga! Brilliant!
I can't thank you enough for such an awesome party - all the way through the wedding planning, Maurice and I just kept saying that we just wanted to make sure we had a damn good party, and I think we can safely say that we got our wish!!! Everyone thought that you were fab - and I wouldn't be surprised if you had a few more bookings coming your way!
We'll definitely be coming to see you play in Soho many more times!!!!

You may remember playing at our wedding back in May at Newick Park. I am very embarassed that it has taken so long for us to get in touch and thank you. We have no excuse really as our honeymoon was 2 weeks (rather than the 6 months that have now passed!).
Anyhow, I hope you'll agree that it is better late than never, so here goes!
We both had a fantastic day which really couldnt have been any better. Much of this was down to you and your excellent band. Many of our friends commented on how excellent the band were and I think 2 of them (Alice Walker and Ed Walsh) might even have booked you for their wedding next summer. You played a perfect mix of music, generated a great atmosphere that meant that the dancefloor was packed all night long. Seem to remember you even let one of our friends join you for a song!
I would gladly recommend you to absolutely anyone for your blend of professionalism and ability to pick the right songs to get everyone going.
Look forward to seeing you play again next year!
